TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply. Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. Dammam Chauffeur accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Cash may also be accepted, subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Accepted Credit Cards: Visa / American Express / Master Card.
1. Cancellations & Changes:
- Cancellations are generally accepted without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Cancellations within 8 hours of service or no-shows will incur full charges.
- Changes made with less notice may result in additional charges.
- Cancellations, changes, or new reservations must be communicated to [email protected].
2. Wait Time:
- 60-minute grace period for airport arrivals, then hourly charges apply.
- 15-minute grace period for other transfers, then hourly charges apply.
3. aDditional stops:
- Extra stops incur a minimum fee per stop with a 15-minute wait period. Additional wait time is charged hourly.
4. Meet and Greet Services
- Included in all airport arrivals.
5. No Shows
- If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at +973 17178783 to avoid the full-charge “no-show” fee.
6. E-Mail Communication:
- New reservations, changes, and cancellations can be made via email. Urgent requests should be confirmed by phone.
- Ensure to receive email confirmation for any transaction.
7. Arrival time:
Factors like road conditions may affect arrival time. No refunds for delays beyond control.
8. Baggage and Property:
- Dammam Chauffeur is not responsible for baggage or belongings left in vehicles
9. Special Events & Peak Demand:
- Premium pricing may apply during special events. Notice period for cancellation vary during this time. Kindly check at the time of your booking regarding any update to cancellation policies.
9. Excess Cleaning & Damage:
- client is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required with a minimum charge of 50 USD
10. Passenger Conduct:

Refusal to transport individuals under the influence of illegal substances. Minors are prohibited from consuming alcohol or drugs in the vehicle.
11. Limited Liability for International Travel:

Dammam Chauffeur is not responsible for obtaining visas or other travel documents required for international travel. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary visas and travel documents before traveling. Dammam Chauffeur is also not responsible for any delays or denied entry at international borders or airports. Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to international travel. The service provider shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the passenger’s failure to obtain the necessary visas or travel documents, or from any delays or denied entry at international borders or airports.
